Our team here at Fit For Kids Co is proud to bring the Badminton Australia Shuttle Smash Program to the Wesley Glen Waverley Campus this September. This exciting kids badminton holiday program in Melbourne is perfect for children aged 5–12 years who want to learn new skills, stay active, and make friends during the break.

Badminton is one of the fastest-growing sports in Australia, and it’s perfect for developing coordination, agility, and confidence. The Shuttle Smash program is designed specifically for children, using modified racquets and equipment so that everyone  from beginners to budding young athletes can enjoy success on the court.

Whether your child is brand new to badminton or already keen to play, this school holiday sports program offers the perfect mix of learning, fun, and competition.

What’s Included in the Program?


Across three action-packed days, kids will enjoy:

  • - Coaching in badminton strokes, serving, and strategy

  • - Fun games and activities to keep them engaged and active

  • - Matchplay & friendly competition where they can put their new skills into practice

Our experienced and supportive coaches make sure every session is engaging, inclusive, and safe.

Program Details

Dates: Monday 22nd – Wednesday 24th September 2025
Time: 9am–1pm (extended care available until 3pm)
Cost: $80 per day or $225 for all three days
Location: Wesley Glen Waverley Campus – Games Hall
Ages: 5–12 years (all abilities welcome!)

Children should bring a racquet (if they have one), lunch, snacks, and a drink bottle.
