Tennis Australia are always great at supporting grass roots tennis, and their latest initiative the Ultimate Schools Challenge is no exception! During the lead up to the Australian Open 2015 in January schools are going to be able to register to run a one day event to promote the sport!

The winning school that puts on the most create event will win $5000 for the school to spend on further sporting equipment.

We are super excited to team up with some of our many schools to put on some of these great events. These types of events help to get a racquet in the hands of those kids who may not normally take up the sport. We cant wait to get involved and get more kids active and playing tennis!

We will be running events in Oakleigh, Brighton, Parkdale, Mentone, Chelsea, Caulfield, Elwood & others over the coming months!

A great little video for all parents and children, relating to food choices, health, excercise and general choices presented to kids 'these days'.  We believe that its crucial for children to get more active and involved in not only sport but healthy living. Diet & choices for children are getting harder and harder so its important that we educate children and parents to help kids make better decisions each and everyday. This video is a great start and recommend showing your kids or family.

Remember to excercise everyday and get the good stuff into your body as well!

This week the team visited St Kilda to run one of our amazing kids Golf Clinics! The kids (and our coaches!) had an absolute ball learning the various golf strokes and playing a whole host of Golf games. We even had a go at hitting through the football goal posts!

With Melbourne's gail force winds and rain today, its lucky that we can operate both our tennis & our golf classes inside! Our modified equipment means that our kids can keep active, healthy and involved in our sports programs all year long!

Today we were in Chadstone, Parkdale, Hawthorn & Port Melbourne areas conducting both tennis and golf coaching lessons! Gone are the days when winter weather stopped us! Bring it on rain hail or shine!

Tennis Coaching for Term 3, 2014 is in its final week and we have a whole heap of certificates to give out to all of our amazing Hot Shot Students! Well done for all of your hard work and training this term, we have seen some seriously amazing improvements in our student and we cant wait for a massive term 4!

As the weather gets better in Term 4, we would love to see everyone coming down for our various classes around Melbourne.
