Tennis Coaching for Term 3, 2014 is in its final week and we have a whole heap of certificates to give out to all of our amazing Hot Shot Students! Well done for all of your hard work and training this term, we have seen some seriously amazing improvements in our student and we cant wait for a massive term 4!

With the US Open well under way and some good form shown early by the 'Aussies' it is now a great time to start thinking about enrolling in tennis!

The Melbourne weather is now getting warmer and with the re lauch of the Tennis Hotshots Program under the ANZ umbrella there hasnt been a better time to get involved.

Here is just some of the action from a recent visit from the tennis coaching team to a local Melbourne Primary School. Our team currently offer tennis coaching lessons for children in Cheltenham, Mentone, Parkdale, Moordialloc, South Oakleigh, Oakleigh, Clayton, Clarinda & surrounding suburbs.

We run the fantastic ANZ Tennis Hotshots program, which is the official program of Tennis Australia. The program uses fun, modified equipment to ensure that kids learn tennis at their level, and this helps them to gain confidence and remain in the game for longer (hopefully developing a love for life!).

FFKco - Sport For Life. 

Golf is a sport often thought about as only for adults. But featured here is 'baby James' a golf prodigy out of the United States of America. He is only 3 years old and is already playing junior tournaments and loving the game of golf.

Here at Fit For Kids Co we also believe that Golf is a game that can be played at any age (even 3!). We think that the earlier parents can get their children involved in the sport in a fun and engaging way, the  better chance they have of developing as players in the future.  Our golf program uses modified golf equipment which is designed to make it easier and fun for young children. The clubs are made from a hard plastic and are colourful and exciting the use.

We now operate a number of golf classes in the Melbourne Bayside area and even offer FREE trial sessions for parents to come and see what all the fuss is about.
